It seems that this most recent foray into Oxnard's Political Landscape by commercial venture BIG LEAGUE DREAMS is not its first.
Star Reporter Raul Hernandez owes the citizens of Oxnard some background information since he wrote this April 2000 article on BIGLEAGUEDREAMS and Hernandez is fond of bringing up news of note from the past when it seems to serve the Star to do so.
Even if the archives don't mention this news story, the Ox Jo thanks Larry and Shirley Godwin for their archive copy supplied to the Ox Jo and the World.....
